Overview

The X-MET 3000TX completes the family of portable and benchtop XRF and OES analyzers. This new lightweight (1.8kgs) handheld analyzer incorporates advanced X-Ray technology (no isotopes required) and provides accurate analysis where throughput is needed.

This solution enables effortless testing and gives rise to measurement times as little as 2 seconds. As standard the X-MET 3000TX has an alloy calibration library on board including nickel alloys, cobalt alloys, stainless steels, titanium alloys, low alloy steels, and copper alloys.
