Weld inspection equipment
To compliment our range of tank inspection equipment, now manufactures a range of vacuum box systems for weld leak testing. Our range of vacuum boxes has been developed in direct response to worldwide customer requirements.
Two main types of Vacuum Box systems are available:

a) The standard “High Pressure” models which are designed to produce an operating vacuum of 20 inch Hg (10 psi) meeting the latest EEMUA, API & ASME specifications for inspection of above ground storage tanks that have been in service.

b) The “low pressure” models which are designed to produce an operating pressure of 10 inch Hg (5 psi) and are best suited for weld integrity checks on new tank builds where gross defects are the main concern.
